Temperatures across the nation have progressively been getting hotter and hotter. This makes workers more vulnerable to heat-related illness and even death. Two years ago, after decades of advocacy, OSHA finally proposed a national heat safety standard. It was bad enough that it was stalled. But attempting to ban these protections permanently is beyond words. Please oppose HR 6213.
